Two held in Real IRA murder probe

Two people have been arrested in Londonderry in connection with the dissident republican murder of Kieran Doherty.

The 31-year-old member of the Real IRA was murdered by the organisation in February last year.

A man aged 42 and a 40-year-old woman were detained in Derry on Tuesday morning.

Both are being questioned at Strand Road police station.
