Two people are in hospital after a two-vehicle crash in Co Antrim.

The crash happened at around 4pm on Monday at the Knock Road junction of Frosses Road near Ballymoney.

Police, the fire service and the ambulance service attended the scene.

A Northern Ireland Ambulance Service spokesperson said they dispatched an emergency crew and the Charity Air Ambulance to the incident.

Following assessment and treatment at the scene, two patients were taken to Belfast's Royal Victoria Hospital, one by Air Ambulance and another by road.
