Previously he has photographed war in Afghanistan and Iraq, but Stephen Wilson's new exhibition focuses on the similarities and differences of people here.

Same Difference is a collection of images of people who share one of Belfast's most historic thoroughfares, Donegall Street, and is based around two of its oldest buildings, St Patrick's Church and Redeemer Central, both of which bear the scars of world conflict and also civil strife.

The exhibition is aimed at exploring "two traditions that to the outsider seem remarkably similar but to each other are fundamentally different".

It also marks the centenary of the Madonna of the Lakes painting by Sir John Lavery, gifted to St Patrick's Church in 1919.

The exhibition runs until June 16 and features images of the churches located in each other's premises.
