Video: Can you give Molly the three-legged cat a forever home?

Molly the cat may only have three working legs but she has plenty of love to give.

She arrived at the Rainbow Rehoming centre in Co Londonderry a few months ago as a stray.

Her owner has been in touch but decided not to take her back and now volunteers are searching for someone who will take her to her forever home.

The very friendly feline can’t use one of her back legs as one of her paws is missing but she still manages to climb up for cuddles.

Volunteers aren’t sure if she was born with the injury or if she’s been involved in an accident some time ago but they said that she doesn’t let it bother her.

They added that the ten-year-old is still young at heart and she is a very affectionate, loving cat who would make an ideal pet.

Molly is looking for a home with an enclosed garden or a quiet country home as she has been used to her freedom outdoors.

She gets on well with other cats so would be suited to a home with other furry friends.
