Warder David Black's murder: man is released

One of two men arrested on suspicion of dissident republican activity as part of investigations into the murder of a prison officer has been released.

The 51-year-old was detained in the Republic on Monday over the killing of David Black last year.

A second man, aged 34, remains in custody at Cavan Garda station.

Mr Black was shot dead as he drove to work.
