Watch: Rory McIlroy survives bite by baby tiger during sanctuary visit
Rory McIlroy escaped unscathed during a visit to a Tiger sanctuary in Mexico at the weekend, despite a baby tiger biting him on the calf.
The Northern Irish golfer visited the Black Jaguar-White Tiger Foundation with fellow professionals Ian Poulter and Henrik Stenson.
The trio were in Mexico for the WGC-Mexico Championship.
McIlroy performed well at the Championship but lost out to Dustin Johnson on the final day in Mexico City.
During the visit to the sanctuary the three players met many of the inhabitants and were lucky to escape from the ferocious beasts.
One tiger in particular took a liking to McIlroy's calf.
