We'll need a bigger sign: Third lorry hits Northern Ireland bridge

A lorry has become the third vehicle to hit a Northern Ireland bridge within the past year.

Police joked they may need a bigger sign after the lorry hit The Cut in bridge on Tuesday.

"Usually people exaggerate their height, not think they are smaller," said police.

"The Cut 3 Lorries 0."

Last year two vehicles hit the bridge within the space of a couple of days.
