Police are investigating a paint bomb attack in south Belfast.

The incident happened in Clementine Drive sometime between 11am and 11.50pm on Thursday.

Two windows were smashed and a paint bomb was thrown inside the property.

A further paint bomb was thrown at the back of the house.

Constable Brian Carroll said: "Enquiries are continuing and we would appeal to anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area to contact police on 101 quoting reference number 1354 of 29/11/18."
