Woman (29) charged over Belfast crash that hospitalised man

A woman has been charged over a crash which caused a pedestrian to be hospitalised with serious injuries.

The crash was reported to police just after 3am on Sunday morning.  The 29-year-old has been charged with causing grievous bodily injury by dangerous driving.

Ballysillan residents shocked as man badly hurt after being struck by car 

She is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates Court next month.  The pedestrian, a man in his 40s, was taken to hospital following the crash for treatment for severe head and facial injuries.
