
Two youths, one who was armed with a length of pipe, have held up a shop in north Belfast.
At around 4.15pm police received a report that one male youth had entered the store with what appeared to be a pipe while his accomplice waited at the door.
A staff member was threatened by the male and a sum of cash was handed over.
A PSNI spokesman said: "The two male youths made off on foot along the Crumlin Road then down a side street.
The male who entered the shop is approximately 5ft 2ins tall and was wearing a hooded top and dark trousers.
"His accomplice is around 5ft 8ins and was also wearing a hooded top and dark trousers."
