Police in appeal over stolen pony

Police are appealing for information following the theft of a Connemara pony from a field on the Temple Road in Strathfoyle.

The pony, registered as Cara Mia but named Molly by her owners, was taken sometime between 7.30pm last Thursday, June 17 and 1.20pm the following day.

The 10-year-old horse is dapple grey, 14.1 hands high with a permanent scar on the right hand side of her face.
