The body of a man has been recovered in the search for a missing diver off the coast of Co Donegal.
Malin Head Coast Guard Station received contact that the diver was missing before 4pm on Saturday.
The diver, a Canadian national, was part of a group diving around 17 miles north of Fanad Head Lighthouse on Saturday.
The group was taking part in a 65-metre deep dive to shipwrecks.
A specialist dive vessel arrived on site at 2pm yesterday and a number of divers searched the area where the missing diver was last seen. A further dive, co-ordinated by the specialist vessel, was taking place yesterday evening.
The identity of the recovered body has not yet been confirmed.
Only two weeks ago a diver died after a tragedy off the Co Donegal coast. John Alwright was part of a group from Bedfordshire rescued while diving off Portnablagh. He was rushed to hospital but died later.
