Cannabis worth 240,000 euro seized in Dublin raid

A woman has been arrested after the seizure of about 240,000 euro worth of cannabis in Dublin.
Gardai said a 12 kilogram package of herbal cannabis was discovered during a search of a house in the Lucan area on Tuesday.
The operation was part of an ongoing investigation targeting organised crime groups operating in the area.
The Revenue Commissions Customs Service was involved in the operation, along with officers from the Ronanstown garda drugs unit and the Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau.
The woman, aged 44, was arrested at the scene. She is being detained at Lucan garda station.
