Donegal County Council launches investigation into alleged corruption following RTE sting

"Donegal County Council wishes to confirm that the matters raised in the programme are being examined as an issue of urgency and priority," said a council spokeswoman.

"This examination is being conducted in the first instance by the Ethics Registrar in the Council.
