A man aged in his 60s has died following a road crash in Limerick city.
The incident happened on O’Curry Street at around 9.40pm on Wednesday.
The man was injured when the car he was driving collided with a stationary vehicle and then hit a wall.
The stationary vehicle then collided with another parked vehicle. Both of those vehicles were unoccupied at the time.
The man was treated at the scene by emergency services before being taken to University Hospital Limerick, but he later died.
Garda forensic collision investigators are at the scene and the road remains closed.
