Man dies days after he was knocked down crossing road

The incident happened on the Whitestown Road in Rush.


A man in his 30s has died after he was knocked down while crossing the road in Co Dublin.

The incident happened on the Whitestown Road in Rush on Friday afternoon at approximately 1pm.

The man was seriously injured when he was crossing the road and was rushed to Beaumont Hospital with critical injuries, but passed away on Sunday morning.

The driver of the car was not injured.
