Man dies following Dublin shooting
A man aged in his 20s was left critically ill following the shooting in the Clonshaugh area of the city.
A man in his 20s has died following a shooting in Dublin, Garda have confirmed.
The victim was left critically ill after being shot several times during the incident in the Clonshaugh area on Sunday evening.
A Garda spokesman said they were called to the scene at approximately 5.15pm.

The victim was rushed to Beaumont Hospital in a critical condition where he later died.
Justice Minister Charlie Flanagan condemned the incident.
“I was deeply concerned to hear of the shooting this evening in the Clonshaugh area. I condemn this wanton violence,” he said.
“I urge anyone with information to please contact An Garda Siochana and assist them with their investigation.”
Garda are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
They are also appealing to anyone with camera footage from the vicinity of Clonshaugh Avenue between 4.30pm and 5.30pm on Sunday to make it available to investigators.
