Man quizzed over cannabis find

A man has been questioned after a small-scale cannabis factory was uncovered in Co Tipperary.

Plants were seized in an apartment in Nenagh following a planned search.

Gardai said the cannabis had an estimated street value of about 32,000 euro and was at various stages of growth. Growing equipment was also recovered.

The arrested man, aged in his 50s, was being detained at Nenagh garda station under section two of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act.
