Three men have been injured in a gun attack in a Dublin park.
One of the victims is said to be fighting for his life after the shooting at Corduff Park, in Mulhuddart, at around 11.20am on Sunday.
Gardai said they are investigating the circumstances around the incident.
The injured men - all aged in their twenties - were taken by ambulance to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown and the Mater Hospital, Phibsboro.
One of the men is believed to be in a critical condition and the other two are described as serious.
Investigating officers have appealed for witnesses.
The scene has been sealed off for a technical examination by Garda forensic experts.
Justice Minister Alan Shatter said he shared the sense of revulsion from others about the gun attack in broad daylight.
"This type of incident is revolting to all law-abiding citizens," he said.
"At this early juncture I call on every person who can help the gardai in any way with even the smallest scrap of information to make contact with them."
