Trio held after two Dublin men shot

Three suspects have been arrested over the shooting of two men in Dublin.

The victims, one in his 20s and the other in his mid-40s, were injured in a gun attack at a house in Huband Road in the Bluebell Estate, Dublin 12, at 11.15pm on Tuesday.

They were rushed to St James Hospital for treatment.

A Garda spokesman said three men, aged 17, 31 and 33, were arrested shortly afterwards.

They are being questioned at Kevin Street, Kilmainham and Pearse Street Garda Stations.

Gardai are appealing for anyone who may have seen suspicious or unusual activity in the vicinity to come forward.
