Charles and Camilla are given a teddy bear for new grandson as crowds greet them on tour of Germany
The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall were greeted by hundreds of well-wishers on the first day of their tour of Germany, after the birth of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's baby.
On his visit to the president of Germany in Berlin yesterday, Charles was given a teddy bear, as President Frank-Walter Steinmeier said: "First of all, let me congratulate you."
The day was filled with hundreds of messages from members of the public who came to see the prince.
Camilla also received gifts for the baby, as she visited an outpatients clinic for victims of domestic violence. She was given a onesie decorated with German art and a balloon with the words "It's a boy" on it.
Camilla said: "As soon as we return I will deliver it to them, direct from Germany. I'm sure they will be thrilled."
The couple were later welcomed to Berlin by Chancellor Angela Merkel.
