Harry fundraising with City brokers

Prince Harry will join City brokers on their trading floor today for a charity fundraising day.

Harry will close deals for the global firm ICAP and help generate money for a range of good causes.

Other celebrities from the world of sport, television and entertainment will also take part.

All the global revenues from trading during ICAP's charity day will go to a number of causes around the world, including England Rugby's All Schools Programme, of which Harry is patron.

England Rugby developed the programme to increase the amount of rugby played in state secondary schools and to encourage new players to join local clubs

Other charities to benefit include Action Against Hunger, Women for Women International and Prostate Cancer UK.

ICAP is an inter-dealer broker which matches buyers and sellers who want to trade in a range of products, from interest rates to commodities.

Last year the company's charity day raised £9.5 million for good causes and it has generated more than £110 million since it was first held in 1993.
