A giant cross has been erected at the top of Otley Chevin in West Yorkshire for the Easter period.

More than 50 people helped install the 36ft cross on Surprise View at the top of the ridge.

The Chevin cross, first installed in 1969, has now become a well-known Easter symbol and is erected two weeks before Easter and removed two weeks after.
