In pictures: Lumiere London to light up the capital
The free festival will include installations at Regent Street, King’s Cross, Leicester Square and Westminster Abbey.
London’s Mayor Sadiq Khan visited the South Bank ahead of Thursday’s launch of the UK’s biggest lights festival, Lumiere London.
