Lib Dem leader Tim Farron was among the 1,400 taking part in the fundraiser run in Cumbria.

Fundraisers in Cumbria put their fitness to the test in colourful fashion as they competed in a 5km fun run in Kendal.

The Kendal Colour Dash run raised money for St John’s Hospice, with 1,400 runners taking part, including Lib Dem leader Tim Farron who ended the run covered, appropriately, in yellow.
