A man has been charged with a driving offence after allegedly taking a 4x4 vehicle up the highest mountain in England and Wales.
The Vauxhall Frontera was discovered close to the peak of the 3,560ft Snowdon mountain on Saturday.
The driver, Craig Williams (39) from Gloucestershire, told the BBC: "There's no plan of action as we speak, there wasn't to begin with. Out of a list of 50 things to do before you die, this was one of them. If you think that was on top of the list, the other 49 are now not going to be done," he added.
A spokesman for North Wales Police said the man has been charged with driving a vehicle on common land, moorland, or land which is not part of a road.
He has been bailed to appear in Court on September 16.
