Miliband: I'll build fair UK for Scotland
Ed Miliband has urged Scottish Labour supporters to vote against independence and back him so he can build a fairer UK.
The Labour leader made the plea in Lanarkshire, where party founder Keir Hardie was born, ahead of the September 18 poll.
He said: "I think lots of Labour voters and others are trying to make up their minds about how to get rid of this Tory government.
"I know the way to get rid of it. That is to vote No and to elect Labour. As people confront that decision, I want them to be clear about who represents social justice. Our opponents would try to say they are better for social justice and they are not."
The battle for Labour voters has been at the centre of the campaign, with the SNP needing to win them over for a Yes win.
