New £200k Ferrari wrecked after smash on way from showroom
A £200,000 Ferrari was reduced to scrap just moments after its new owner to it for its first spin.
The Ferrari 430 Scuderia was reduced to a twisted wreck after a huge crash in Yorkshire.
It careered off the motorway before going airbourne and bursting into flames in the middle of a field.
The driver, police said, had a "miracle escape" suffering only cuts and bruises.
In a statement on Facebook police added: "Officers asked the driver what sort of car he 'had' to which he replied 'It was a Ferrari'.
"Detecting a sense of damaged pride he then said 'I've only just got it, picked it up an hour ago'."
