A woman driver filmed allegedly eating a bowl of cereal while behind the wheel at a busy junction has been interviewed by police.
The incident was captured on film by cycling instructor David Williams (47), who recorded it on his helmet camera.
He passed the film on to Surrey Police who said that a 51-year-old woman from East Molesey in Surrey had voluntarily attended Staines police station.
A police spokesman said: "The woman was issued with a driver referral notice for driving whilst not in proper control of motor vehicle. The force's traffic and process unit will review the case and make a decision regarding any further action."
The alleged incident was at the junction of Creek Road and the A309 in Molesey.
Mr Williams said he had stopped to remonstrate with the woman driver. He then put his footage on YouTube.
