Teenager accused of car body murder

A teenager has appeared in court charged with the murder of a young mother found dead in a car.

In a 30-second hearing at Thames Magistrates' Court, Myles Fraser Williams, 19, spoke only to confirm his name, address and date of birth.

He is accused of killing 20-year-old Kirsty Treloar.

He will appear at the Old Bailey on Friday and a provisional plea and case management hearing was set for March 15.

Williams, of Pond Farm Estate, Millfields Road, Hackney, east London, is also charged with the attempted murder of Ms Treloar's brother Dean, 22, and sister Gemma, 24.

Ms Treloar's body was discovered with stab wounds on Monday in a grey Fiat Stilo which was abandoned about a mile from her home in Brownlow Road, Hackney.

She was pronounced dead at the scene in Ryder Mews.

The young woman's siblings were treated for stab wounds in hospital on Monday.

A month-old baby girl was also taken to hospital as a precaution.
