Two held after woman hurt in fall

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a 27-year-old woman plunged from the fourth floor of a building.

The woman is being treated in hospital for injuries described as potentially life threatening following the fall in Orb Street, Walworth, south London, on Tuesday.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said officers were called at around 4.30pm.

Medics from London Ambulance Service attended and treated the woman at the scene before she was taken by air ambulance to an east London hospital.

Police later arrested two men on suspicion of attempted murder. They have been taken to two separate south London police stations.
