Police believe two young girls found murdered in Australia were killed by their mother, who then killed herself.
Heather Glenfinning, 46, and her daughters Jane, 12, and 10-year-old Jessica Cuzens, were discovered at their home in Port Denison, near Perth, Western Australia, at around 7pm on Monday.
It is understood they were found by their grandmother Hazel Glenfinning, an expat formerly from Fraserburgh in Aberdeenshire.
Inspector Bill Munnee from Western Australia Police, said the force was not looking for anyone else in connection with the deaths.
He said: "This has been a very complex and difficult investigation for everyone involved.
"On Monday evening we were called to an address in Port Denison, where we found three bodies.
"We have been working very closely with forensic officers and pathologists. A post-mortem examination has been carried out on the three bodies and I can confirm that our investigation has concluded.
"We are satisfied with the evidence and we are not looking for any fourth party."
The Press and Journal newspaper reported on Thursday that Ms Glenfinning had been locked in a court battle with her former partner over assets worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.
