Dubai Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding his fall from the building, which overlooks a construction site, but Harry's family said have said they had been given no information by the force.
The Harling family released a statement through the Foreign Office which read: "This is an extremely tragic and difficult time for our family. No official information on the circumstances around Harry's death has yet been made available by Dubai Police.
"We are grateful for the support we have received already from many people but would like to ask all to respect our privacy as we learn more about the circumstances of Harry's death, grieve and come to terms with the loss of a wonderful son and brother."
Messages have also been left on the Facebook and Twitter social network sites by friends and former classmates.
One wrote: "Miss you man. If only you knew the gap you've left in everyone's hearts. Love you so much."
