King of Norway treated in hospital for infection
King Harald of Norway, who celebrated his 80th birthday in February, has gone in to hospital suffering an infection.
The monarch was taken to a hospital in the country's capital Oslo on Friday and remains in satisfactory condition with his health improving, the royal palace said.
Norway celebrated Harald's 25th anniversary as monarch in January 2016.
Harald, who has a ceremonial role and is not part of the government, became king when his father Olav died on January 17 1991.
