The death toll following a suicide car bomb attack on a hotel in the Somali capital Mogadishu has risen to 26.
Police captain Mohamed Hussein said 52 others were injured in the assault which began with the bomb exploding at the hotel gate. Some of the victims died later in hospital.
Islamic terror group al-Shabab has claimed responsibility for the attack.
The homegrown extremists have also announced that they killed three Somalis they say collaborated with the CIA and Kenyan and Somali governments.
Pro-al-Shabab websites said the three men were accused of helping to carry out air strikes against al-Shabab officials.
The men were reportedly killed in a public square in Yaqbarawe, a town in the south-west.
