This video shows what happens when you mix a bottle of Coca Cola with milk.
The phosphoric acid in the coke reacts to the proteins in the milk, which creates tricalcium phosphate and hydrogen.
And it's this which causes the clear effect in the bottle that can be seen by the end of the video.
