Wesley Snipes must start tax crime jail term
A federal judge has ordered actor Wesley Snipes to surrender to authorities so he can begin serving a three-year prison sentence for tax-related crimes.
A US District Court Judge in Ocala, Florida, rejected a request from the actor's attorneys to review Snipes's sentence and grant a new trial.
Snipes (48) has been free on bond for more than two years while appealing.
The Blade star was convicted in 2008 on three misdemeanour counts of wilful failure to file his income tax returns.
