I have committed to the 30 Day Plank routine. You hold the plank (look it up, it would take too long to describe here) position for 20 seconds the first two days, then up to 30, then 40 etc, until by day 30 you have developed a core of steel and are such a convincing plank you get offered a part in EastEnders.
