Gove's lessons earn low marks
On the subject of epic new spectacles which give the wearer super-powers, hasn't it been nice to see so much of Education Minister Michael Gove on telly lately?
In the last week he's starred in three sexy big stories.
One was vaguely real, about him sacking the head of Ofsted. The others were about his latest notions regarding school hours (he wants loads more) and state schools (generally regarded as hives of 'entrenched illiteracy and widespread innumeracy' according to the Govester).
Michael used to work in telly and clearly enjoys being on it.
But news teams should look at the substance before they offer him top billing.
