Shamrock flavoured crisps put Belfast pub in clover
A city centre bar – The Duke of York – with an eye obviously on the increasingly lucrative tourist trade, is selling shamrock and sour cream flavoured crisps along with the standard cheese and onion, smokey bacon stuff.
Sounds appetising, eh?
Although you can see why Irish American visitors in particular, would be lapping up the shamrock snack.
But there is surely a limited range of other uniquely Oirish flavours for the crisp manufacturers to consider. Roast leprechaun and black pepper perhaps?
