Man convicted of fisheries offences

A man has been found guilty of fisheries offences in Armagh Magistrates’ Court.

Emil Kubiak of Enniskeen, Craigavon, was convicted on two counts: impeding a person exercising their powers under the Fisheries Act and unauthorised entry on a several fishery.

He was fined a total of £100, £50 for each offence, along with costs of £100, court costs of £19 and an offender levy of £15.
