The launch of a new website detailing all kinds of walks, from a stroll around a local park to a 20K trek, now makes it easy for any of us to pick out one that suits our physical fitness and inclination. And to make it more fun why not join a walking club which caters for all abilities. It will be a way of making new friends while honing a new you.
