Ballinamallard's players are heroes whatever the score
Cup football often throws up romantic giant-killing stories, and the village of Ballinamallard in Fermanagh hopes its team will become legends by lifting the Irish Cup on Saturday against Crusaders.
On form the Belfast side should win, but don't dare suggest that to fans of the team they call the Mighty Ducks. The whole village, backed by supporters across Northern Ireland, is dreaming of success, but whether the team are flying high on Saturday or have had their hopes shot down, the players will be heroes.
No other sport quite stirs emotions like football, and the little Fermanagh club is riding the crest of a wave.
