Editor's Viewpoint: Alive and kicking
At age 75, most people's idea of exercise would be a trip to the post office to cash in their pension.
Certainly they would not be thinking of indulging in martial arts. But sprightly pensioner, Robert McCracken, has gone even further by picking up a black belt in karate.
That is an astonishing feat for a man of his age, but amply demonstrates the old adage that you are only as old as you feel.
Obviously Robert feels - and performs - like a man half his years.
Not that we would ever think of telling him to his face that he is old.
