Editor's Viewpoint: Mum and daughter keeping tragic Shaun's memory alive

There will be one very special spectator at Sunday's All-Ireland football final in Croke Park.

Seven-week-old Ellen Rose Mullan, born after her dad Shaun was killed in a road accident last year, will be at the Dublin vs Tyrone match with mum Sinead after her name was drawn out in a raffle for two tickets to the big game. While Sinead is heartbroken at the loss of her husband, who she says would have been a doting father, she intends to enjoy her day out watching a sport Shaun loved.

One consolation is that his organs saved three people's lives and she treasures a letter from the family of one recipient thanking her.
