Editor's Viewpoint: Niall's Royal approval
Niall McKenna has done Northern Ireland proud by getting one of his dishes selected for the final Royal feast on the Great British Menu. That is a tribute to his skill which triumphed in a fiercely competitive atmosphere.
But what he and the other local entrants also achieved was to put Northern Ireland produce on the map. Now it has officially been judged to be fit to put before a (future) king.
