If Northern Ireland is going to leave the EU in March there will be 131 people driving towards new horizons in the lap of luxury.

They are the people who bought prestigious new cars including Bentleys, Rolls Royces and Ferraris during the past year and who obviously feel that whatever the future holds they have the wealth to see them through.

It seems that many of those entering the luxury car market have been cashing in business or property portfolios and their foresight has paid off allowing them to indulge in the ultimate of big boys toys. But sales of new cars fell to a five year low last year as more modest consumers put the brakes on their spending.
