Kayden's family surrounded by love of their community

Editor's Viewpoint

There are not enough words in the English language to describe the trauma that the parents of little Kayden Fleck are going through today following his tragic death after he fell into a river in Ballymena on Saturday.

But perhaps they received some succour from the reaction of teachers, parents and pupils at the primary school where Kayden was a P1 pupil.

A steady stream of people turned up to sign a book of condolence yesterday, in a show of support for Kayden's parents at a time of indescribable pain. It was a very evident outpouring of community grief for a little boy who ingrained himself in so many people's memories in such a very short time.
