King of country and the copycat crooner Jason Hughes making a killing

Country superstar Garth Brooks is so popular with Irish fans that they cannot get enough of even his tribute acts. Londonderry singer Jason Hughes, who is one of the best-known Brooks' soundalikes, has seen his bookings rocket since the star announced he was coming out of retirement and will be performing at Croke Park in Dublin in July.

Jason's gigs have gone from 40 a year to 140 this year and he will be so busy that he will not be able to catch Brooks at any of his five sell-out Dublin concerts. But then he knows all the material anyway, having performed his tribute act for 18 years. And he is now so good that fans even ask for his autograph.

However, he is not banking on selling out an arena tour just yet.
