Michelin nod a new chapter for leading chef McCabrey
When Moy chef Conor McCabrey spilled scalding hot oil onto his foot, leading to fears that it might have to be amputated, his dream of creating a top-class restaurant seemed to be fading. But fortunately the injury healed and just over a week ago he received the best possible news - his Chapter V restaurant has been listed in the prestigious Michelin Guide.
Conor always believed he had the talent and he and his wife Ellie backed that belief by sinking their life savings into starting his own venture. Given his success after only four years in business, his aim is to see a Michelin star rise over Tyrone.
